Save Our State of Massachusetts

OUTRAGEOUS!

The turmoil in the Middle East.  The protests in Wisconsin.  The ECONOMY.  The UNEMPLOYMENT.  The HOMELESS.  The people struggling to hang on to their businesses, keep their jobs, put food on the table, put gas in their cars, pay for home heating fuel, afford prescription drugs, illegals. PUBLIC CORRUPTION.  The broken Court System.  The Parole Board Horror.  The Probation Department Scandal.  Cities and Towns on the verge of bankruptcy.  The STATE DEFICIT.  The inequities.  The injustices.  The ailing.  The mentally ill.  There are hundreds of things that scream for our concern, and the Governor’s undivided attention and immediate intervention, but what does he do???

Deval Patrick signs ‘bathroom bill,’ sets off ‘firestorm  Deval Patrick yesterday quietly signed a controversial transgender rights executive order, called the bathroom bill by critics,

Late Wednesday afternoon, without advance notice and without fanfare, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick signed an Executive Order mandating the acceptance of “gender identity and expression” — including transsexuality, cross-dressing, and related behaviors – throughout state government. The order also requires affirmative action in the hiring of transsexuals and diversity training for all state employees.  Now that’s job creation – “diversity training for all state employees.”  And,

. . . “Such provisions shall be drafted in consultation with the Office of the Comptroller and the Operational Services Division, which shall develop and implement uniform language to be incorporated into all Executive Branch contracts. The provisions shall be enforced through the contracting agency, the Operational Services Division, and/or the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.”  . . .  “ODEO shall have a Director (the “Director”), who shall be selected by and serve at the pleasure of the Governor.  The Director shall report to the Commonwealth’s Chief Human Resources Officer and submit periodic written reports to the Governor.”  . . .

Patrick signed the order in a private ceremony “in his office attended by advocates and several transgender state employees.” He did not list the event on his public schedule nor send out a press release afterwards.  State House News reported that after the signing “advocates for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender rights roamed the capitol hallways hailing the decision, saying it would lay the groundwork for adopting legislation to expand protections for all transgender residents of Massachusetts.” Patrick told the Globe that he signed the order “after being asked to do so by advocates.”

And now that the Governor has made his priorities perfectly clear, we should expect free tuition for illegals any day now.  The rest of you/us, be damned!

Thank you Governor – for all you do for US in these trying times!

2-21-Outrage of the Day-Cops Homeless but Illegals have Housing

In today’s outrage of the day Michele points out the fact the President Obama’s Aunt Zeituni is living comfortably in an apartment in South Boston but a former Boston cop is without a home to live in. Shouldn’t housing go to American Citizens before illegals?

Deval Patrick spoke out at the union rally and stated how much he supported the UNIONS over taxpayers. This is absolute corruption by the governor.

Hey governor, which law is law, MGL c. 221, s.40 or SJC Rule 4:01? How can both these laws be on the books yet they are mutually exclusive?
